The nose offers fruit as well as a subtle hint of beeswax. There are notes of juicy/bright yellow peach, mandarin and small notes of mandarin blossom associated with touches of beeswax as well as fine hints of lilac/broom and very discreet hints of fresh spices. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral, balanced, precise and offers accuracy, tension as well as good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, mandarin zest and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of crunchy apple, pineapple as well as a subtle hint of zest. Good length. Nice acidity. A subtle saline hint in the background.
