The palate is mineral, fresh and offers tension, a certain accuracy as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh nectarine, lychee and more slightly fresh yuzu associated with touches of racy minerality, white flowers as well as a hint of fresh almond and a very discreet almost buttery hint (in the background). Good persistence.
