Lovely fresh nose that offers depth as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fresh citrus fruits, fresh zest and small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh strawberry as well as fine hints of pulpy apple. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral, balanced, chiseled and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, a nice acidity as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of mandarin zest, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with touches of bright vine peach as well as fine hints of racy minerality and a hint of fresh flowers. A crystalline side. Lovely tangy persistence, juicy and which offers a nice work on the good bitters.
