The Josef Riesling comes from mature vines planted in 1974. It has a unique character, rich ripeness and is usually picked later as an Auslese-style wine. It’s well-crafted and impeccably balanced between the striking acidity and added maturity. The intense flavors of pear, tropical fruits, delicate floral notes and minerality is enhanced by the full-bodied, covering mouthfeel.
