The nose is fruity and offers an oxidative hint. There are notes of kumquat, dried zests and small notes of bright small yellow fruits associated with touches of yellow peach as well as slight hints of pineapple. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, precision as well as energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of kumquat, dried zests/ dried orange and small notes of yellow peach associated with touches of dried apricot as well as a subtle iodine hint, fresh thyme as well as a hint of sage and a subtle hint of beeswax and almond. Good work on the good bitterness and a small well-controlled oxydation.
