Fattoria Zerbina – “Bianco di Ceparano” 2023 Romagna Albana DOCG Secco

Beautiful fruity and aromatic nose that offers minerality, fullness and a slight intensity, a stretched side and a certain varietal freshness. There are notes of quinte, quite ripe small yellow fruits and small notes of acacia associated with slight touches of beeswax, kumquat, fresh sage as well as a hint of apricot flowers and fresh spices. A discreet hint almost verbena in the background. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, tension, precision, roundness, fat, gourmandize, energy as well as a beautiful sapidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of sage, kumquat and small notes of pulpy/ bright yellow peach associated with touches of bright small yellow fruits, a hint of quinte, slight hints of crushed leechy, yellow flowers as well as a hint of beeswax and nutmeg. A very discreet hint of ripe almond in the background. Roundness and a crystalline side of the fruit. Persistence. A very discreet almsot tannic like hint on the finish/ persistence.
