The nose is spicy and offers a certain mastered power, a slight concentration, a certain intensity as well as an aerial and lienar side. There are notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe plum and small notes of quite ripe small black fruits associated with touches of spices and a hint of tobacco and wood/smoke. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain tension, precision, an acidulous frame, a certain concentration, a discreet tight side as well as deepness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe wild cassis, ripe black plum and small notes of juicy/ pulpy wild small black fruits associated with a touch of pepper, a discreet hint almost warm local grove as well as a slight hint of tobacco. Good length. Sapid and chewy tannins. Good gourmandise. A discreet sappy hint. Good work on the good bitterness.
