The nose is aromatic and offers a racy, varietal and spicy side. There are notes of wild cassis, laurel tree bay and local grove associated with slight touches of tobacco, sweet pepper and discreet toasted hints. The mouth is beautifuly juicy, mineral and offers fruitiness, freshness, a beautiful definition, precision, tension, roundness, a melodious side as well as energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy purple plum, juicy/ pulpy cassis and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of local grove, sage as well as slight hints of blond tobacco. Good length. A subtle almost mushroom hint, very discreet in the background.
