The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, vibrance, gourmandise, tension, precision, brillance as well as brightness of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpu blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, badian, tonka bean, badian and a discreet hint of anise on the finish. Chewiness and chew on the finish/ persistence. Beautiful sapidity.
