The nose is fruity, elegant, aromatic and offers complexity, power, delicacy, intensity as well as a beautiful velvety side. There are notes of wild blackberry, wild small black fruits and small notes of dried wild strawberry associated with touches of pepper, rosemary as well as slight hints of cornflower, graphene, sweet spices and s subtle hint of medicinal herbs. The mouth is beautifuly juicy, pulpy, gourmand and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a certan brightness, deepness, concentration in precision as well as delicacy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy black cherry, dense small black fruits and small notes of roasted-juicy raspberry associated with touches of roasted-pulpy small fruits, hints of vanilla, toast, rosemary as well as a subtle saline hint and a hint of toasted hazelnut and a very discreet almost truffle/ grove hint. Beautifuly defined and gourmand.
