The nose is aromatic and offers power, concentration in precision, deepness as well as a beautiful spicy/ truffle character. There are notes of fresh Madagascar pepper, quite ripe wild strawberry and small notes of dense blue fruits associated with touches of olive tree, rosemary/ sense of place (local biotop) as well as discreet iodine hint and a subtle hint of graphene and toast. The mouth is beautifuly fruity, beautifuly marked by its terroir and offers juiciness, gourmandise, an acidulous frame, minerality, precision, tension, a beautiful suppleness as well as roundness in delicacy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of concentrated boysenberry, roasted-fresh raspberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of graphite, toast, salinity as well as graphene, discreet hints of cardamom, black olive and a subtle saline hint. Beautiful work on the good bitterness. Supple and chewy tannins. Beautifuly supple, fresh, mineral and elegant wine. A beautiful aerial, powerful and delicate side at the same time. Beautiful sapid persistence.
