There are notes of wild cassis, wild red berries and small notes of Madagascar pepper associated with touches of violet, graphite, nutmeg as well as slight hints of tobacco, a discreet almost fresh rosemary and sens of the place hint (local biotop). The mouth is beautifuly juicy, gourmand and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a good definition, a certain power, a beautiful brightness of the fruit as well as a certain intensity. A beautiful elegant, precise, racy and frank grain. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, wild small berries and small notes of wild red cherry associated with touches of Madagascar pepper, Sichuan, a saline hint, delicate and elegant hints of sense of place (local biotop) and a subtle smoky and toasted hint. Beautifuly delicate and gourmand. Beautifuly sapid and supple tannins. Beautiful play on the good bitterness on the finish/ persistence. Very beautiful persistence and subtly anised hint.
