Domaine Belot – Viognier 2023 – Pays d’Oc

The nose is aromatic, racy and offers a certain aromatic power as well as a certain intensity. There are notes of physalis, small ripe yellow fruits and small notes musk as well as hints of white flowers as well as a discreet hint of ripe almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, tension, a certain fine fat, roundness, suavity, matter, a stretched side as well as a slight mellowness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of physalis, quite ripe kumquat and small notes of quince associated with touches of crushed yellow apple as well as toasted hints, salinity/iodine and butter. Good length. Gourmandise and finesse in its matter.
