The nose is refined, subtle and airy. It first expresses a perceptible, but delicate minerality (notes of dry stone, graphite), which then combines with aromas of freshly grated lemon zest, orange zest, grapefruit juice and green apple. After aeration, the wine expresses gourmand and sweet aromas of white peach, pineapple juice, crushed pear, as well as apple blossom and honeysuckle. We also find a slight salinity in the background. The palate is generous, round and complex, while remaining balanced. The attack offers notes of honey, hay, crushed yellow peach, pineapple, lemon cream, which are then completed by notes of candied grapefruit and its bitterness, apricot, hay and fresh quince (which brings a discreet tannic and tangy hint) The finish is long, mineral (dry stone, salinity) and chiseled thanks to lively notes of lime and green apple. A wine with complexity, tension and freshness, provided by a sharp acidity.
