The nose is purely fruity and expresses notes of red currant, strawberry, raspberry, crushed blueberry, a hint of white pepper, peony and tangy red plum. The palate offers lightness, fluidity and an airy side. We find flavors of strawberry, red cherry, red plum, red currant and white pepper, as well as lively acidity and supple tannins. The finish is chiselled, slightly herbaceous (rose stem) and bitter (cranberries). A wine of pleasure, airy and juicy.
