Cantina Nofrini Rosay 2023 – Trasimeno DOC Rosato

The wine has a pale onion color. The nose is fragrant and fruity. It expresses notes of red apple, red pear, fresh crushed orange, orange blossom, apricot, as well as a touch of wild rose and nutmeg. We also find a distinguished and expressive minerality: limestone and saline. The palate is expressive, with a good pronounced bitterness on attack, expressed in flavors of grapefruit, bitter almond and lime. We also find notes of blood orange, wild rose and orange zest. The finish is persistent, chiseled and mineral, with a perceptible saline touch and a vibrant, salivating acidity.
