Les Héméris 2023 – Cévennes

The nose is fruity and stretched. There are notes of granny apple, zests and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of quinte as well as discreet sappy hints and slight hints almost pepper-like. The mouth is fruity and offers suavity, a small fat, sapidity as well as a beautiful acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright apple, juicy/ acidulous vine peach and small notes of acidulous mandarine associated with fine almost crunchy pineapple hints as well as discreet roasted fruits hints and a subtle sappy/ sage hint. Good length. Good freshness. A subtle almost butter hint in the background.
