Domaine Rolet Arbois Tradition 2018 – Arbois AOC

The wine has a bright, clear golden color with almost orange highlights. The first nose is aromatic, powerful and delicate. We have notes of curry but also of dried flowers like immortelle. We have a very nice note of nuts as well as caramelised apple. There is a little power that is enveloping the nose. With air, the wine is still powerful, typical of the oxidative wines of the region. On the palate, the tasting is fresh, powerful with very present notes of curry and nuts. There is a nice acidity and lightness in the mid-palate. Little by little, lemony buttery touches take place. The finish is sweet, almost caramelised with notes of cooked apple as well as browned butter. Nice wine with a long, very umami finish.
