Marcel Cabelier La Côte 39 – Côtes du Jura AOP

The wine has a straw color, clear and shiny. The first nose is intense with exotic notes of coconut but also roasted pineapple. We also perceive a saline side with fine hints of curry and fresh hazelnut. With air, it is intense, ample and present with the same notes as the first nose. The palate is fresh, saline on the attack. We have touches of yellow apple, light curry but also liquorice and wood. There is an acidity in the mid-palate that turns into salivation in the finish. We have notes of butter and brioche with always a salty touch. The finish is condensed.
