Le Masche – Bonaviera 2019 – Canavese Barbera Doc

The nose offers gourmandise, a certain power, freshness and a stretched side. There are notes of concentrated blackberry, redcurrant and small notes of creamy small fruits associated with touches of violet, chocolate as well as mineral hints and a discreet bourbon vanilla hint. The mouth is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, a tannic and slightly tight and acidulous structure. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/ juicy cassis, concentrated small black fruits and small notes of cacao associated with touches of toast, violet as well as a subtle hint of acidulous/ crunchy strawberry. Good length. Beautiful juiciness and freshness. Suppleness.
