The nose is precise, elegant, tracing, melted, fresh and discreetly powedered. There are notes of ripe mirabelle plum, physalis and small notes of fresh spices associated with slight touches of dry aromatic herbs and a hint of beeswax and clove. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, tension, precision, suppleness as well as an energetic middle palate. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of mirabelle plum, yellow small fruits and notes of beeswax associated with touches of racy minerality, quite ripe/ fresh yellow apple as well as hints of fresh hazelnut and subtle hints of sage and verbena and an imperceptible hint of dried orange zests. Good length. Beautiful definition.
