Tappero Merlo – Kin 2019 – Erbaluce di Caluso Docg

The nose is fresh and offers minerality. There are notes of clove, dried orange zests, dried kumquat and small notes of beeswax associated with touches of dry herbs (almost straw) and hints of dried almond. The mouth is fresh, mineral, chiseled and tense. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh yellow peach, dried orange zests and small notes of dried flowers associated with slight hints of sage, almost fennel in the background, dried zests, aromatic herbs and small notes of fresh clove associated with slight hints of fennel, dried small yellow fruits and slight hints of dried almond.
