Cantine Crosio – Primavite 2022 – Erbaluce di Caluso Docg

The nose offers a fine and velvety grain with a slight velvety character. There are notes of herbaceous/ white flowers and small notes of kumquat, unctuous small fruits and small notes of acacia flowers and slight hints of batonnage on lies. The mouth is fruity, slightly tight and offers minerality, juiciness, a mineral frame, tension as well as tracing. In the mouth it expresses notes of fresh quenette, fresh small yellow fruits (fresh physalis) and small notes of fresh kumquat associated with slight hints of fresh sage, acacia blossom and green almond. Good length. Varietal hint on the finish/ persistence. Mineral and bitterness hints on the finish/ persistence. A very discreet almost tannic hint in the structure/ aromatic on the finish.
