There are notes of dried zests, kumquat and small notes of yellow apple associated with touches of fresh spices, pepper, cinnamon, cumin as well as discreet almost dried varietals hints and a discreet aromatic herbs. The mouth is beautifuly suave, fresh an doffers a beautiful energy, an acidulous frame, a beautiful precision, tension, a beautiful energy an da melodious side, a beautiful small fat, velvety, dynamic as well as a beautiful sapidity beautifuly elegant. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of kumquat, yellow berries and small notes of cumin, fresh spices associated with almost beeswax touches, acacia as well as subtle hints of zests and almost citrus fruits. Beautiful salinity on the finish/ persistence and a subtle hint almost herbacious. Good length. A subtle tannic hint on the aromatic and structure. Good structure, straigtness in elegance. A very discreet chew on the persistence/ aftertaste. A beautiful textured side.
