Le Brun de Neuville, Au Bout du Chemin, Rosé de Noirs & Blancs, Extra-Brut

(60% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 15% Pinot Noir red wine, 2016 harvest base): The wine has an onion pink color, with orange highlights and very fine bubbles in appearance. The nose is delicate and refined, with notes of tangy red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, elderberry, dried red cherry, red currant) and fresh flowers (wild rose, orange blossom, peach blossom), associated with lively aromas of citrus (blood orange, grapefruit, lemon zest), gourmet touches of stone fruit (vine peach) and a distinguished minerality (limestone), which appears on the second nose, as well as a hint of cherry yogurt, dried linden and chestnut honey. The palate offers a fine mousse, tension, energy and fresh fruity flavors. We find notes of blood orange, vine peach, grapefruit, lemon zest, vine peach, wild rose and dried linden, which are complemented by a pleasant bitterness and a honeyed side on the finish. . Beautiful chiselled and salivating acidity, good persistence on the palate with notes of wax, cherry yogurt and honey, complexity and great energy.
