The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh with notes of white peach as well as lemon zest. It’s discreet. The second nose opens slightly with a hint of saline and minerality. The palate is fresh with a buttery note from the attack. Then we have touches of pineapple as well as yellow peach and nectarine. There is a slight sweetness at the start. The finish develops on mirabelle plum and baked apple.
