The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The first nose is fresh and fruity with touches of lemon and pear. It’s discreet. The second nose opens up and is more focused on citrus fruits. The palate has a little fizziness on the attack. It’s fresh and fruity but always discreet. We find lemon juice, apple and pineapple. The whole is lively with hints of pear.
