The wine has a clear color with pale lemon yellow. The nose is aromatic with notes of crunchy apple, lemon but also fine hints of grapefruit. We also have touches of yellow peach. The second nose opens more on orchard fruits and also on some white fruits such as pear. It’s attractive. The palate is fresh and tangy with pear and apple notes. It’s simple but effective with a nice round texture in the mouth. The finish is more on juicy white peach and lemon.
