Estandon Terre Nouvelle 2023 – IGP Var Correns

The wine has a very light, pale yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity, delicious with notes of lemon, grapes and white peach. We also perceive a slight hint of seawater. The second nose is fresh and fruity with always this touch of iodine which accompanies tangy fresh fruits. We have white peach but also apple and a hint of fresh grass. The palate is fresh and fruity with a salinity present from the attack. We have white fruits like pears and white grapes. We also perceive touches of lemon zest as well as grapefruit. The whole thing ends with a saline finish of juicy peach.
