The wine has a very pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity with yellow and green lemon. The nose is discreet. The second nose is vinous with hints of lemon again. It’s simple. The palate is fresh with acidity present from the attack. We find very fine notes of verbena as well as lemon. We perceive a small iodized salinity.
