The nose is juicy, fruity and tangy. It first expresses notes of lemon, grapefruit, a touch of mint, enveloped in the aromas of yellow apple, melon, apricot and yellow peach. We also find aromas of acacia, linden, bay leaf, fresh tea, as well as a mineral touch. The palate expresses the gourmandise of stone fruits (apricot, white peach), a tangy and slightly bitter touch of grapefruit, lemon, as well as fresh quince, acacia, mint and a mineral touch in the background. The finish is tangy and gourmand, with notes of candied lemon peel.
