(Bottled : 2023) Beautiful, gourmand, frank and nicely racy nose which offers an airy, precise, tense and harmonious grain. Full of elegance. We find notes of dried apricot, Zante currant and small notes of tarte tatin associated with touches of dried citrus fruits (quince, lemon), fine hints of lemon blossom as well as a very discreet hint of pepper, pine needles, fine hints of sweet spices, Bourbon vanilla and a subtle hint of pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely structured, precise, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandise as well as a frank, precise, airy and delicate grain. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of raisin, rancio and small notes of tarte tatin associated with touches of tobacco, gray pepper as well as fine hints of fresh liquorice, pâtisseries and a subtle hint of dried oak (in its aromatic side and not in its touch). Good length.
