(organic) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is textured and fleshy: it offers a fine, slightly sweet vanilla and toasted aromas, notes of ripe yellow peach, apricot, fresh lemon and candied lemon, ripe green apple, as well as lime blossom infusion, acacia and honey in the background. The mouth is silky, supple and offers an enveloping volume, but with freshness. It expresses the flavors of fleshy yellow peach, ripe apricot, crushed lemon, grapefruit zest in the background, as well as an expressive but integrated woody notes (vanilla, toasted hazelnut, a very slight touch of toasted wood) , as well as a touch of fresh butter and flower honey in the background. We also find floral notes of linden, acacia and apple blossom, as well as a touch of nutmeg and a good bitterness of grapefruit on the finish. Good length on the gourmandise of stone fruits and vanilla, refreshing acidity and bitterness.
