Domaine Soupé Petit Chablis 2023 – Petit Chablis

The wine has a pale lemon yellow color with green reflections. The nose is aromatic, tangy and expresses notes of citrus (lime, yellow lemon, a touch of grapefruit zest) and green fruits (green apple, green plum). We also find an herbaceous and vegetal touch (cut grass, cucumber) and white flowers, associated with a fine mineral hint. The palate is light, airy and chiseled. It offers refreshing flavors of green apple, green pear, yellow lemon and green lemon, combined with a touch of acacia and a pleasant roundness of white peach and apricot in the mid-palate. The finish is moderately persistent, but pleasantly tangy and fresh, slightly bitter on the finish. The acidity is lively and salivating. A straight and fresh wine.
