The nose is tasty, spicy and gourmand. It expresses notes of liquorice, nutmeg, vanilla, combined with fruity aromas of black plum, red plum, morello cherry, dried mint and violet. The palate is also fruity and tasty, but with more expressive notes of liquorice and toast on the attack. The mid-palate offers fruity substance (black plum, red plum, morello cherry), notes of liquorice and violet. In the finish, we find a nice acidity, juiciness, freshness and a touch of mint.
