Château Saincrit – Butinage Sauvignon Gris (moelleux) 2023 – Bordeaux Moelleux

The nose offers concentration and notes of juicy exotic fruits, combined with touches of stone fruits. We find in particular the aromas of passion fruit, lychee, pineapple, melon in the background, yellow plum, apricot and yellow peach, as well as flower honey and apple blossom. The palate is delicious and expressive. We find notes of peach in syrup, pineapple in syrup, very ripe apricot, lychee and quince jam, combined with a touch of roasted yellow apple, honey, apple blossom and honeysuckle. The finish is gourmand, sweet, with a refreshing acidity and notes of candied lemon peel which help balance the sweetness. Pure fruit, gourmandise and juiciness.
