The nose is reserved. After aeration, it expresses fruity notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry, crushed blackcurrant, black plum and strawberry, combined with a touch of sap, liquorice, fresh mint and peony. The palate is airy, fruity and slightly minty. We find notes of morello cherry, blackcurrant, black plum, licorice and mint, well-structured tannins, a nice salivating acidity and a persistence of fruit. A gourmand and straightforward wine.
