The nose is subtle and lemony. It offers a racy limestone minerality and a herbaceous touch. We find notes of lime, grapefruit, tangy fresh pineapple, as well as a buttery, toasted and lactic touch in the background. The taste is oily, but pleasantly bitter and balanced. It expresses the flavors of grapefruit, pineapple, lemon, lime, as well as a more pronounced toasted hint. Good length and salivating acidity.
