The nose first expresses roasted notes (meat, roasted cherry), associated with a smoky touch, fresh black plum, fresh and roasted red plum, and fairly integrated sweet spices (nutmeg, liquorice). The palate expresses notes of black plum, roasted red plum, morello cherry, blackcurrant, liquorice and nutmeg, as well as a toasted hint on the finish, good bitterness and notes of coffee. The tannins are supple, but quite firm and structured. Juiciness and verticality on the palate.
