The nose offers a certain density and juiciness of the fruits. It expresses notes of ripe morello cherry, black plum, wild blackberry, fresh strawberry and blueberry, associated with notes of wild mint, pine needles and) a delicate woody hint in the background (fresh hazelnut), as well as just a touch of wild rose. The palate is slightly fermented, but fruity and quite gourmand, with woody notes which stand out more at the end of the mouth than on the nose (fresh oak, toasted hazelnut). We also find flavors of morello cherry, red cherry, fresh berries, blackcurrant and black plum, as well as touches of menthol, liquorice, cumin and wild rose in the background. The tannins are grippy and slightly raspy, but balanced by fruit juiciness and salivating acidity. The finish is rather persistent, juicy and enveloping, with fresh notes of wild mint and wild rose.
