On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, black plum and small notes of small pulpy red berries associated with touches of Bigarreau cherry as well as hints of blueberry, black tea, mocha and fine hints of toast. The tannins are sapid, chalky and gourmet. A little graphite/graphene side on the finish.
