The nose is delicious and fresh. The palate is juicy and expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, fresh red plum, violet and licorice, but seems a little firm. It also expresses a good bitterness, a mineral touch (dry stone in the background), as well as a slight note of liquorice, toasted and mint. Beautiful freshness and salivating acidity.
