The nose is subtle and precise, lemony. It expresses notes of lemon, lime, apricot, white peach, a slight limestone minerality, a touch of hay in the background, a hint of toast, as well as fine floral notes (dried lime, acacia). The palate is straight, precise, with a woody (toasted) finish. It expresses more tangy flavors than on the nose. We find in particular the flavors of lime, lemon juice, white peach, apricot, acacia, limestone and toast. The finish is tangy and a bit nervous, but offers a nice freshness.
