Ça suffit! 2019 – Bordeaux Supérieur

(No added sulfur) Nice nose concentrated on fruits and which offers a certain aromatic concentration, fleshiness and pulpiness. It reveals notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy strawberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of blueberry, almost crushed small red fruits as well as hints of chocolate and a subtle almost tea hint. The palate is fruity, gourmand, supple, sapid, fresh, well-balanced and offers a certain minerality as well as salinity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of crunchy raspberry associated with floral touches, tonka bean as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and an imperceptible almost camphor hint in the background. Tannins are sapid and iodized. Good length. A wine without sulphur added, well controlled, on the fruit, gourmand and easy to access. It is possible to work on the temperatures for the service / the pairings.
