(93% Syrah, 7% Viognier) The nose is elegant, aromatic, spicy, nicely defined, racy, dense and offers deepness. It reveals notes of bright wild small red fruits, bright cherry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of prunes, fine hints of smoke, dried vanilla, discreet hints of tobacco as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh local grove and fresh balsamic/ripe orange zest. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, voluptuous, delicate, powerful and offers beautiful energy as well as acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright red berries, smoke, tobacco and small notes of small wild fruits associated with touches of clove as well as discreet almost dry local garrigue hints, balsamic, pepper and spices. Beautiful tannic structure, powerful, ripe and controlled. Very beautiful, powerful, elegant, precise and stretched persistence.
