Beautiful fresh and aromatic nose. There are notes of pulpy/ fresh cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of fresh blueberry as well as slight noble varietal / sage hints. The mouth is fruity, floral and offers suavity, an acidulous frame, gourmandise as well as a beautiful definition and precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blueberry, raspberry and small notes of fresh flowers associated with touches of cherry acidulous candy as well as slight hints of racy minerality/ sage. A very discreet CO2 hint in the background/ discreetly beaded (“perlant”).
