The nose is racy and offers a certain small concentration, a beautiful grain as well as a fine textured side. There are notes of lychee, pulpy apple and small notes of fresh mirabelle plum associated with touches of apple blossom, fresh almond and a very slight almost fresh beeswax hint in the background. The mouth is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, precision, an acidulous frame, tension as well as an aerial/ stretched side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quenette, apple blossom and small notes of pulpy pear associated with slight touches of citrus fruit and a very discreet hint of acacia blossom in the background. Good length. Beautiful work on the good bitterness and a subtle iodine hint on the finish/ persistence.
