Mura mura – 2021 Grignolino d’Asti DOC

The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful harmony. There are notes of pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with a hint of cornflower, racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of badian and a very discreet hint of pepper. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, a beautiful acidulous frame, juiciness, tension, a beautiful balance on the good bitterness as well as a slight concentration in precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, roasted cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright small fruits as well as slight toasted hints and toasted almond. Beautifuly fine and racy tannins. A slight sappy side in the background/ finish. Beautiful iodine with the good bitterness on the finish.
