The mouth is fruity and offers freshness, a beautiful small fat, gourmandise, a beautiful quality of fat in finesse, an acidulous frame as well as a iodine side. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of litchi, quenette and small notes of vine peach associated with touches of crushed small fruits as well as hints of fresh mirabelle plum. Good length. Beautiful work on the good bitterness. Minerality, freshness and structure discreetly tight on the finish. Sapidity.
