Beautiful aromatic, elegant, ample, beautifuly complex/ multilayered side nose that offers a certain straigtness in elegance. There are notes of bright redcurrants, bright cherry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright quetsche plum, cubeb pepper, delicate local flowers as well as subtle hints of smoke, racy minerality, cornflower and badian. The mouth is beautifuly mineral, supple, delicate and offers brightness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful « readability », precision as well as deliacy in its fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of bright bigarreau cherry, roasted-juicy small fruits and small notes of roasted-juicy blackberry associated with touches of bright blue plum as well as hints of badian, tonka bean, slight hints of smoke/ sweet blond tabaco as well as a subtle almost saline hint and torrefied almond in the background. Chewy and gourmand tannins. A certain unctuosity in precision and finesse. Slight hints of bourbon vanilla on the persistence.Congratulations !
